SPORTSMEN’S GOALS!!!

With each new season, Sportsmen need to access and target a new goal. Don’t settle for the same old routines. Start considering what your next target might be.

Last year I made the goal to fish Alaska. Catching a huge fish was the challenge. My friend and I booked a trip to catch halibut and salmon. The self-guided trip was a true adventure. The fish were HUGE, the scenery was amazing, and the memories were awesome. We are looking at something new again this year.

Hunting doves in South America sounds like a grand adventure. Meeting new folks, celebrating great hunting and challenging yourself are all healthy.

Road Trips are always a good idea. Travel to several states to catch or chase your choice. Take a loop through Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, and South Dakota for some great bird hunting or trout fishing.

Maybe fishing for Peacock Bass, channel bass, steelhead, pike, or … You name it. Traveling to a primitive remote area or going more catered is also a choice. The goal is to Eat, Sleep, and Fish, or Hunt!

Test your limits and discover how big the world and its sporting opportunities are. If you are not a hunter or fisherman, challenge yourself to enjoy other outdoor adventures. Photography, hiking, boating, or camping all have their own special thrills and adventure.

We only live once, and every day is one less.

On your mark, get set, GO!
