State Trails Advisory Committee to Hold Funding Decision Meeting April 16 & 17, 2020

The Montana State Trails Advisory Committee (STAC) will hold its Funding Recommendation meeting on Thursday, April 16 from 8:45am to 5:00pm and Friday, April 17 from 8:45am to Noon. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the meeting will be held via Zoom Video Conference.

The committee will advise Montana State Parks staff on many trail-related topics, including FY 2020 Recreational Trails Program project proposals. STAC members represent both motorized and non-motorized trail user groups and provide advice and assistance for the Montana Recreational Trails Program.

The Montana Recreational Trails Program provides grant funding to support trail construction,trail maintenance and grooming efforts, as well as trail-related education so enthusiasts can enjoy trails throughout Montana.
