Wondering what’s going on in the Gallatin and at Fins and Feathers?  Stop your wondering, and find out here:

Walk-in-traffic is available 8:30-5:30 pm M-Sat ; 8:30-3:30 on Sundays. We ask that everyone respect social distancing and use our “sanitation stations.” Please limit store visits to those that are transactional in nature for the time being. Private shopping timeslots are available upon request via the shop e-mail.

The Gallatin River is still on the rise. It is now completely chocolate milk. Wading will be very difficult to impossible. Try worms, Pat’s Rubberlegs and larger mayfly nymphs in any soft water you can find if you do fish the Gallatin. The Madison and lakes in the area will be better fly fishing options.

Fins & Feathers is a full-service Bozeman fly shop and Montana fly fishing outfitter. Gallatin River fly fishing trips are available year-round with our Bozeman fly fishing guides.
