GREAT FALLS – Cornhole teams of all ages are invited to compete in Giant Springs State Park’s fall tournament on Saturday Oct. 9 beginning at 1:30 p.m.  Those not competing are welcome to watch the tournament, cheer on their favorite team, and spend a fall afternoon relaxing and grilling out in the park’s picnic area.

This free event will be comprised of 12 teams, who will be entered on a first-come, first served basis by contacting the Ranger Station in the park at 727-1212.  Prizes will be awarded to the top three teams from the winner’s tournament, and the top two teams from the loser’s tournament.

Participants should dress for the weather, and bring their own food, drinks, and a good attitude.  The event is weather dependent and may be cancelled due to rain, smoke, or snow.  Pets are welcome at the event but must be leashed at all times.

The Ranger Station is located at 4803 Giant Springs Rd Great Falls, MT 59405.  For directions or more information about Giant Springs State Park visit: https://fwp.mt.gov/giant-springs
