Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks Region 6 game wardens are seeking any information regarding two mule deer bucks that were shot and left to waste near Lloyd, 30 miles south of Chinook.
On April 29, Game Warden Haden Hussey received a call concerning the dead deer left on the Young Ranch, a mile north of the Hungry Hollow Rd and Lloyd Rd intersection. Once looking over the deer, it was determined that both deer were shot with a small caliber weapon and left to waste in the ditch.
Anyone with possible information about this is encouraged to visit https://myfwp.mt.gov/fwpPub/tipmont to provide details, call the FWP violation reporting hot line at 1-800-TIP-MONT, or call Warden Hussey directly at 406-942-2191. Folks with information may be eligible for a cash reward of up to $1,000.
