Canyon Ferry: Rainbows and walleyes are being caught between the Silos and Hole in the Wall, Duck Creek and around Confederate in 15-20 feet of water while using bottom-bouncers with flashers or slow-death rigs or crankbaits. Rainbows are being caught on the north end around Cemetery Island while trolling cowbells, spoons or crankbaits. Hauser: The Causeway area has been producing a few rainbows, walleye and perch from shore while using jigs and worms, powerbait, or leech pattern flies. A few walleye and perch are being caught inside the Causeway Arm with jigs and crawlers. Holter: Rainbow fishing has been awesome while trolling from Split Rock to the Dam with either cowbells tipped with crawlers or streamer flies, various crankbaits, or spoons. Rainbow action near the Gates of the Mountains has also been amazing while using either leech pattern flies or powerbait.
