– Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks game wardens are seeking information on a vandalism that occurred last month at the Kelly Island Fishing Access Site (FAS) Spurgin Road entrance in Missoula.
Just after 10:30 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 21, a group of three leaving the FAS in one vehicle broke the automatic gate that was closed for the day. They forced the gate open in the wrong direction, breaking both control arms and causing significant damage.
FWP game wardens say that crimes like this one are often solved because of leads from the public and encourage anyone with possible tips on this incident to make a report. Contact Warden Brady Rhoda at 406-481-5826.
