Bull Ness Monster: Congrats on a Brute of an Archery Bull

Congratulations to Dillon Ness on taking this awesome bull! This Montana archery elk was shared by Trophy Bucks and Bulls of MT…a well-deserved trophy after a hard-earned season. The timing fits, too: Montana’s 2026 archery season for deer and elk runs September 5 through October 18 (general season follows Oct. 24 – Nov. 29), so a bull like this comes from weeks of close-range calling and stalking in the rut, well before rifle hunters hit the woods. With archery season still open through Sunday, there’s time yet for the rest of us.
