Venison Bombs Recipe

Ingredients:

• 1 lb ground venison
• 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
• 1 egg
• 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
• 1/4 cup diced onions
• 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Bacon slices (enough to wrap each ball)

Directions:

• Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
• In a bowl, mix ground venison, breadcrumbs, egg, cheddar cheese, onions, bell peppers, salt, and pepper.
• Form the mixture into small balls.
• Wrap each ball with a slice of bacon.
