PACIFIC OCEAN (April 28, 2010) Culinary Specialist 3rd Class Troy Prescod fires an M-16 rifle during a weapons qualification shoot on the flight deck aboard the U.S. 7th Fleet command ship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19).
