Oven Baked Walleye

What you need.

Two pounds walleye fillets – or other white fleshed fish

Two cups corn flake crumbs – more if needed

Half teaspoon ground red pepper

Half teaspoon salt

One large fresh lemon – cut lengthwise into six pieces

Two eggs – beaten

 

What you do.

Take a cookie sheet and line with aluminum foil and coat with vegetable spray. Soak the fish in the beaten eggs. Blend the salt, pepper and corn flake crumbs together. Next take the prepared fish fillets and coat with the corn flake crumb mixture and place on the prepared cookie sheet. Place in a pre heated 450 degree oven and cook for ten to twelve minutes or until fish begins to flake . It is done. Serve with sliced tomatoes, cucumbers and fresh fruit. This meal takes a mere fifteen to twenty-five minutes to prepare. Makes six servings.
