What you need.

Two pounds ground game meat

Two cans (4 oz. ea.) green chili peppers-diced

Two fifteen ounce cans pinto beans

Two fifteen ounce cans kidney beans

One medium onion chopped

Quarter pound smoked bacon – cut into half inch pieces

One twenty-eight ounce can chopped tomatoes

One tablespoon powdered garlic

Two tablespoons red chili powder

One tablespoon ground black pepper

Quarter cup olive oil

What you do.

Take the olive oil, bacon, onions, and ground meat and put into large pot and brown the meat. Now add all the rest of the ingredients, including the juices from the cans, and simmer for thirty minutes. Remove from heat and let set for ten minutes. Serve as a side dish with a grilled steak or enjoy on it’s own. This is a bit spicy, not as thick as chile, but really tasty.
