Parmesan Baked Salmon – Easy & Tasty Dinner Before the Hunt

Before the hunt simple baked salmon dinner.  This is easy and very tasty!

What You Need

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 Tbsp. dill
  • 4 salmon fillets with skins removed
  • 2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup crushed RITZ crackers

What You Do 

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Blend together mayo, cheese and dill. Place salmon in a shallow foil-lined pan and drizzle with lemon juice. Cover it with may mixture and top it off with cracker crumbs.

Bake 12- 15 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
