A former Montana lawmaker is in a Billings hospital recovering from surgery, after he was shot in a hunting accident.
Q2 news reported that Ken Miller, of Laurel, was shot in both his ankles and is listed in fair condition.
Miller is a businessman, who was elected to the Senate in 1994 and servered 8 years. Miller served as Chairman of the Montana Republican Party from 2001-2003.
