What You Need
What You Do
Mix the moose burger and hamburger well with the red and black pepper, onion and salt. Make eight quarter-pound burgers, flatten and set aside.
On four of the flattened patties put a cube of cheddar cheese. Top off with another patty and crimp the edges well so the melting cheese does not leak out while char broiling.
When the burgers are just about cooked through, top with a slice of Swiss cheese.
Remove the burgers when done and place them on a Kaiser roll, topping it all off with the lettuce, tomato, purple onion and any other condiments of choice.
Serve with fresh fruit and your favorite drink.
