Ski season has started for at least one of Montana’s many local ski hills. Lookout Pass on the Montana-Idaho border will open for the season today. The current conditions can be found at this link.
The majority of the front side of the mountain will be open with top to bottom skiing off of Chair 1. Chair 4 and our Snowsports School plus the lodge services and rental shop will be in full operation. Lifts operate from 9-4pm PST. A minimum of 15 runs will be groomed and reduced lift ticket rates will be in effect. Adults/College/Military $26. JR/SR $20. Half-day starts at 12:30pm PST. Check back for updates.
The original Lookout Pass Lodge, which has been expanded, is the second oldest ski lodge in the Pacific Northwest!
