According to an article posted on dailymail.co.uk, an eerie sound has been plaguing the world for more than a decade…and nobody has been able to explain what it is or where it is originating.
Sounding much like trumpets or even the brass section of an orchestra, individuals from Austria, Germany, the U.S. and Canada have all recorded this unexplainable sound that seems to be coming from the sky. The World’s Tallest DJ, Aaron Traylor of Missoula, even recorded the mysterious sound right here in Missoula a few years ago, and it is included in the compilation video below.
According to the article, NASA claims the sound could easily be “the earth’s radio transmissions”, and “although we’re mostly unaware of them, they are around us all the time.” They added that lightning can even produce “eerie-sounding radio transmissions.”
Many are not convinced that is what the sound actually is, though.
