The 2016 (13th annual) Perch Pounder was a huge success. We had 189 participants, which became out second largest in the 13 years. It is one of the premier ice derbies in NW Montana. Lots of competition, and the anglers caught a lot of large perch because of their underwater cameras. Finesse fishing I guess. We had a lot of door prizes which was unbelievable and great of our sponsors to do that. We even had an artist – craftsman donating prizes.
No one bumped anyone in the last five days. The overall winners were:
