Flathead County Sheriff’s Office says that one person has been killed by a grizzly bear this afternoon. The visitor and another were riding bikes about one mile south of the West Glacier KOA Campground around 4 pm. Officials have not found the bear yet, but describe her has a sow with two cubs. Since the bear is still roaming around the area, tourists are encouraged to stay off of West Glacier trails for the time being.
