Here’s a mouthwatering recipe for those of you fortunate enough to harvest a bison this year–or for those who just have the meat. I ate a bison burger yesterday, and let me tell ya–I wish I had a couple freezers full of buffalo meat!
Because bacon seems to be a staple for everything these days, why not combine super-lean bison meat with super fatty, high-sodium pork? Well, that’s exactly what somebody did! I am not sure if meat loaf gets better than this, but I’m going to see for myself and will let you know my opinion.
