The Captain received a ice and fishing report from his buddy Tayler Michels, from Bismark, North Dakota, Thursday on popular Devils Lake:
10-12 inches of ice in most of the areas a few places are drivable but mostly atv’s the warm weather this week has the fish biting using spoons and rattle baits.
