Senior Salmon Day on Fort Peck Tuesday

It must of been senior salmon day at Fort Peck Reservoir on Tuesday. Dick Gondeiro from Raynesford and Tim Kuehn from Helena both were out fishing alone and both anglers caught a nice salmon.

First it was Gondeiro who caught a nice 24-pound salmon. He had his junk down 55 feet and caught it on a green mountain doo Brads cut bait stuffed with canned tuna.
Then, later on in the morning, Kuehn got into the action with an even bigger 27.1-pound salmon. Kuehn said he caught his on a squid trolling it at 86 feet down over 114 feet of water.
