Fish, Wildlife & Parks Region 7 Warden Brooke Johnson is working a case on two white-tailed deer believed to have been shot before last week’s snowfall and left to waste near Marsh Road in Glendive.
One was a white-tailed buck that had its antlers cut off, and the other was a white-tailed doe.
“No meat was taken off either of the deer, but both were gutted,” Warden Johnson said.
People with information on these deer are urged to contact Johnson at 406-853-7500 or call 1-800-TIP-MONT. Callers may remain anonymous if they wish. People providing information leading to a conviction may be eligible to receive a reward.
