A fur handling clinic is planned for Saturday, Jan. 12, 2019 in Deer Lodge at Circle H Growers (604 Mitchell St.) from 9am-3pm.
The clinic, offered by the Montana Trappers Association (MTA), is open to anyone looking for a hands-on opportunity to learn about fur handling techniques, ethics and safety. Participants should bring a chair and lunch and dress warmly.
This clinic is not a general trapper education or wolf trapper education class. For more information on those opportunities, visit fwp.mt.gov or montanatrappers.org.
