“Pike fishing was outstanding today. Tip ups were hot for me using smelt as well as herring dyed blue. Zach Davis, girl friend Donna, and dog Dodge did excellent in the Speer shack as well getting four themselves and missing three others. Perch were also on the bite more than 20 were caught using green tungsten tubby jig tipped with maggots and a few on rippin raps”
