OUR REPORT

BEST TECHNIQUES:

Dry-droppers in shallow water.

OUR TIPS OF THE WEEK:

1. Mornings and evenings are the best time to fish dries.
2. Trail a leech or midge pupa behind a dry. Hopper and ant patterns have also been producing. There are a few calibaetis around as well.
3. Learning to double haul will increase distance and ability to cast in windy conditions.

7 DAY OUTLOOK:

Callibaetis are around. We will transition to leeches, nymphs, and small baitfish patterns over the coming weeks.

Our Philipsburg location, Flint Creek Outdoors, is open Thursday-Monday 7:30a-5p.  Stop in and talk to Josh for up-to-date information.
