We don’t know too many people that are anti-spaghetti, so for those people that do like spaghetti, we have a recipe for you. However, this recipe includes meatballs made from bear meat. Technically, you can use it for any type of pasta you enjoy with meatballs.
Here you go:
1. In a large bowl combine bear meat, bread crumbs, parsley, cheese, pepper & garlic powder.
2. In a separate bowl, beat egg then add to meat. Mix well and shape into 12 meatballs.
3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet fry meatballs in batches. When the meatball is very brown and slightly crisp remove from the heat and drain on a paper towel. Using a meat thermometer make sure the internal temp reads 160 degrees.
4. Add the meatballs to you favorite spaghetti sauce and serve over noodles. Enjoy!
