The human body requires 13 different vitamins to survive. Many of us are familiar with Vitamins A, B, C, D, E, K, and others. Most of the Vitamins are found in the food that we consume. When a Vitamin is lacking, our body will let us know.

One Vitamin that we take for granted is Vitamin O. Now I know that some of you are saying, Montana Grant needs to be Fact Checked. Well, the truth is that Vitamin O is perhaps the most important Vitamin of all. You know that I am right. We are all feeling blah, pale, and tired. Short days, long nights, and too much indoor time is a problem.

Thanks to a long Winter, Covid 19 quarantines, Social Distancing, and isolation, our Vitamin O levels have dropped dramatically. It is time to get a healthy dose now!

Vitamin O stands for “Outdoors.” It is simple and cheap to acquire. You don’t need to buy it online, at the store, or get a prescription. All you need to do is venture outside!

Now, to take your healthy dose, take several big breathes of clean air. Now Take off a layer or two to expose some skin to the bright sun. Not too much, you don’t want the neighbors to call the Police. Ok, next, lay in the grass. If you have a pet, bring them along. Just lay on the ground, feel the sun, and enjoy the fresh air. AAAHHH!!! Doesn’t that feel better?

Now if you really want a Mega Dose of Vitamin O, go camping. Heck just set the camper or tent up in the back yard and sleep outdoors. Take a bike ride, enjoy a walk or jog, start working the gardens, have a campfire. The beauty of Vitamin O is that there are so many ways to enjoy it!

Maybe a cool beverage, grilled snack, s’mores, or other treat will help. Vitamin O will have you feeling better in a hurry.
