Church Slough – Pike are being caught on Hellbender Tackle pike hangers paired with Flathead baits pea mouth or pikeminnow.
Little Bitterroot – Reports of kokanee salmon being caught in the 40-60 ft range with a Swedish pimple and Mack’s glow jigs.
Lower Thompson – Lots of smaller pike are being caught, Backwater Bait “Meal Ticket” seems to be their flavor of choice.
Echo Lake – Bass are being caught in the early morning or evenings. Dropshotting has been key to success this week.
Blanchard Lake – Crappies are being found off deeper structures using a Sago Tackle “Flapper.”
Loon Lake (Ferndale) – Always a good place to chase Rainbow trout with Powerbait
Flathead Lake – Fishing is picking up, Flathead Lake Charters in-line spinners have been very productive in 80-120 ft.
