Hoot Owl Restrictions have started to take effect in more areas! Please Double check regs and closures!!

Flathead Lake – The whitefish are being caught! South end of the lake seems to be more consistent but have been getting reports on the delta and Somers Bay. Restocked with Zimmer, Hellbender and Trick Tackle Whitefish jigs!!!

Flathead River – Cutthroat have been very consistent, Purple Haze flies and hoppers have been a staple to the cutthroat diet!

Island lake – Perch are fired up and ready to cooperate. 15-18 foot of water with a small green jig.

Boot Jack Lake (Whitefish) – Small spoons and spinners have been producing some quality Rainbow Trout.

Blanchard Lake (Whitefish) – Topwater season is in full force! Largemouth bass being caught using frogs and buzzbaits in the early or late parts of the day. Throwing a Texas rigged creature bait has been working at most times of the day.

Lake Mary Ronan – Salmon have been reported being caught after dark jigging 25-30 foot of water with a Pink Swedish pimple and Ratfinkee combo!

Middle Thompson – Remains consistent for eater size pike. White / Chartreuse spinnerbaits along the weed edges and docks seems to be the ticket.

Loon Lake (Ferndale) – Rainbow trout fishing is picking up, Orange Powerbait on the bottom is very consistent when taking kids fishing!
