Bucktail

1 oz rye whiskey
.5 oz earl grey infused sweet vermouth
2 dashes bitters
1 orange zest

Combine whiskey, vermouth and bitters in a rocks glass over ice. Express the orange zest over and around the rim of glass and place on top of the drink.
