Hey! This is Krawdaddy Jones, with an ice report from the Captain!

– Sub zero temps around Fort Peck Reservoir are starting to pay off for Ice Anglers.  This photo was taken by Fred Stingley of Glasgow Sunday morning
Here is what Scott Collinsworth of Fort Peck Marina posted On his FB page Sunday morning
“Great news everyone the cold finally capped the main lake now hopefully it will continue to build good ice on the main lake.  Bays have between 6 and 8 inches of ice from what I’ve been told but I will be checking ice conditions in the next few days and updating everyone.  Happy New Years”
Eddie Mindt from Lakeridge Lodging and Bait shop also is a great source for daily ice reports.  Lakeridge has live bait too
HellCreek Marina is also now open after a December break and they can give ice conditions around HellCreek

Look forward to checking back on my regularly scheduled Friday post this week, thank you and happy fishing!
