Nelson Reservoir is 55% full. Inflow is 0 and outflow is 293 cfs. Walleye fishing remains good along weed lines, humps, and drop offs. Use your mapping to locate these areas then sonars to spot fish. Bottom bouncers with spinners and slow death rigs with crawlers are still working well. Jigs and swim baits are also producing. Most fishing is on the northeast end of the lake. Bring your hip boots/waders while launching. Sleeping Buffalo has bait.

ProTip: try using heavier bottom bouncers in front followed by lighter ones in the back. Suggest 2 oz front and 1.5 oz back.
