This Public Lands Day Flathead Rivers Alliance and Montana Kayak Academy invites the public to join their season-ending river gear swap and celebration Saturday, Sept. 24th, 2022 2PM-6PM at Marantette Park (133 13th St. E., Columbia Falls). Anyone can bring and sell river-related equipment, new and used during the one day event. This is your chance to buy, sell and swap: rafts, kayaks, SUPs, inflatable kayaks, PFDs/life jackets, wetsuits, splash jackets, roof racks, repair kits, and more. Come toast to a great float season and celebrate the region’s incredible waterways! Swing by 4PM-6PM for a bite to eat and bring a cup for a fill up thanks to generous donations from Flathead Lake Brewing, Sacred Waters Brewing and Backslope Brewing.
Do you have used or new river gear you would like to sell or donate? There are several ways to participate in the event while supporting both non-profit organizations: sell person to person, silent auction- you get asking price and anything above is donated, or donate gear. Any donated gear can be dropped at Lary’s Fly & Supply (604 Nucleus Ave., Columbia Falls, MT) now till Sept. 23rd or Marantette Park Sept. 24th. Donated gear will be sold Sept. 24th during event and 100% of those proceeds will benefit non-profit organization host programming.

Flathead Rivers Alliance supports and enhances the outstanding and remarkable Three Forks of the Flathead River, while ensuring access and enjoyment for all.
