The Captain and Downrigger had a couple great days chasing kings on Peck Monday and Tuesday. They are still putting a few hours on the water between fish, but, when the big salmon bite, it makes it all worthwhile.
They used 8-inch flashers and a Brad’s Mini cup Green Magic packed with tuna this week. They were fishing with their junk down over 100 feet to over 145-155 feet. That seemed to work the best for them.
Flies and herring rigs also are producing for some anglers.
