Fresno is 31% full. Inflow is 488 cfs and outflow is 100 cfs. The reservoir is on the rise. The fish are really scattered. Keeping on the move and covering the water is the key. Fish the areas were the rocks are being flooded. The Milk River below the dam through Havre is still your best bet. Live bait in the holes is working well.
