Leanne Hoagland and her son, Conner, drew two hard to get bull tags this year for the Miles city area. The results speak for themselves.
Two great bulls a few days apart. Leanne scored first with a great 300 plus bull and Conner scored his the next week, a great 7 point that scores 350.
For both of them, it was their first ever bulls. Conner is 16 and discretion doesn’t allow me to mention Leanne’s age but she is still pretty young.
The Hoagland clan are all experienced hunters and Conner has taken several big bucks but this is his first bull. Dad, Brett, is very involved in the youth apprentice program and takes many kids on youth hunts. It’s gonna be a tough act to follow for this Glendive family.
Way to go, Conner and Leanne! ….with a little credit to Dad.
