This is one tough bull!
Take a look at this footage posted by photographer, Peggy Peregrine-Spear of a bull elk in Utah with a busted antler lodged in its head. The photographer posted the update on November 8th with the following:
Here is an update on this bull. It appears that the antler is working it’s way out below his eye, but you can still see the broken edge of the broken antler embedded in the top of his head.
