Both reservoirs have been iced for a week. The snow cover has made for very poor ice conditions. Especially the edges are very iffy. Part two of my tip-up advice. I use a small bobber on the main line to mark the depth. I also use a worm bullet, 3/8-1/2 oz, to take the line down straight. I use a good barrel swivel snap to attach the leader.
