HELENA – The Montana Fish and Wildlife Commission will meet Thursday, Dec. 14, at the State Capitol in room 317 and online via Zoom. The meeting will begin at 8:30 a.m. The meeting will be streamed live on the FWP website and YouTube. The public can participate in person.
In addition to addressing the other agenda items, the commission will take final action on proposed amendments to the current Administrative Rule of Montana (ARM) dealing with grizzly bear management. The public comment process followed for these proposed ARM changes is outlined in statute. A public hearing to hear comments was held Oct. 20. Comments were received through Oct. 23. Comment at the commission meeting will be limited to whether the commission should or should not adopt the rule amendments as final.
