Fresno is 24% full. The main lake has about 4” of ice and should be building with the cold front. Geese and ducks are keeping some water open so beware. Nelson is 79% full. My reports tell me there is 7” of ice on the main lake. Beware of gas pockets. Northerns are being taken in the bays. Walleye and perch are being taken in about 25’ of water. Do not depend on ice reports, test it for yourself.
