BILLINGS – Swinging Bridge Fishing Access Site (FAS) on the Stillwater River has fully reopened after a temporary closure.
The site was closed to vehicle and walk-in access due to a culvert replacement on the site’s only access road. This work has been completed and the FAS is open for full use.
