We’ve all heard it from somebody before (or even think it oursevles): wild turkey is tough, dry, or just too gamey to enjoy. Some folks shy away from it for these reasons. But what if we found a way to transform that lean, flavorful meat into a juicy and flavorful dish? Mozzarella-Stuffed Turkey Meatballs—a game-changer that might just change your mind about wild turkey.

In this recipe, the lean turkey meat is combined with gooey mozzarella, creating an awesome contrast of textures and flavors. The cheese melts perfectly inside each meatball, adding moisture and richness that counteracts the dryness often associated with wild turkey. This dish offers a delicious way to enjoy wild turkey without compromising on taste or texture.
