Glendive Police Chief Jeremy Swisher might face felony charges for alleged hunting violations and witness tampering. He’s accused of illegally hunting mule deer on the Fort Peck Reservation and transporting the racks without a license. The state also claims he tried to get witnesses to lie to investigators. Swisher’s court date is set for July 9, where he’ll also be booked. See the court documents here, and read the full article on KPAX here.
