The 2026 Fall Mack Days Fishing Event on Flathead Lake, sponsored by the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes, runs from September 10 to November 8. So far, 5,632 lake trout have been caught, with eight tagged fish reported. Top anglers include Terry Krogstad and Laurie Kreis leading among men and women, respectively.
