Fresno walleye and northern fishing are good. Fish the main lake area points in 10’-15’ of water jigging and/or tip-ups tipped with salted minnows. The best times are early and late in the darker day periods. Night fishing can be productive. During the day head to deep water for crappie and perch. Nelson walleye and northern fishing are good in 10’-20’ of water along weed lines and on points using tip-ups with live minnows. Darker periods as well as night fishing are producing. For perch and crappie head to deep water during the day. This time of year walleye and northerns are beginning to migrate to spawning areas. Try fishing secondary points and further back in the bays or gravel areas.
