Ice conditions across Fort Peck Reservoir remain solid as of January 26, according to Hell Creek Marina’s latest update. Anglers will find 5.5 to 6 inches of ice from Lucky Point to Peterson Point, with roughly 5 inches holding steady across the main lake from the east side near the Hell Creek G marker toward Snow Creek and stretching across to Sutherland. Access roads are in good shape, and there’s only a light layer of snow on the ice, making travel and setup relatively easy for those heading out.

Also, be sure to tune in to the Montana Outdoor Radio Show on Saturday mornings at 6am for updated ice conditions and fishing information. You can catch last week’s show here for a refresher.
