Easy Cheesy Venison Bombs Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground venison
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Bacon slices (enough to wrap each ball)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground venison, breadcrumbs, egg, cheddar cheese, onions, bell peppers, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into small balls.
- Wrap each ball with a slice of bacon.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the venison is cooked through.
