Emergency closure lifted at Silver Run Wildlife Management Area  

RED LODGE – Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks has reopened Silver Run Wildlife Management Area (WMA) near Red Lodge.  

The emergency closure of the WMA had been in place due trapping efforts for a food-conditioned grizzly bear. FWP was not able to trap the bear. All traps and trapping materials have been removed from the site.
