If you have ever floated the Smith river, you know how special this trip really is. To float this 59 mile stretch, you have to put in an application for $10 and hopefully get your ticket drawn in the lottery. Up to 15 people can use one lottery ticket to float this magnificent river. You can fill out your application at http://stateparks.mt.gov/ from January 4th to February 18th.
